On Saturday, May 5, 2012 more than 40 alumni, students, faculty, staff, family and friends spent the morning planting thousands of flowers in preparation for Commencement.

The All Student Art Exhibition at Marygrove College will run through Thursday, April 5th in The Gallery. The exhibition highlights the best of Marygrove’s student artwork including prints, photographs, drawings, paintings, ceramics and sculptures.
2012 Contemporary American Authors Lecture Series Guest – Paul Beatty
Novelist and poet Paul Beatty will be the twenty-fourth guest in Marygrove’s Contemporary American Authors Lecture Series. He will deliver the Lillian and Don Bauder Lecture at 8 p.m. on Friday, April 20, 2012 in Alumnae Hall.
The event is free and open to the public.
Master of Social Justice Program to Receive Honor from Michigan Peace Team
The Marygrove College Master of Social Justice Program was selected to receive the Organizational Award at Michigan Peace Team’s Signature Event, Women of Conscience, Women of Courage, Women Who Challenge: Another World is Possible at Greenfield Manor in Dearborn on Sunday, April 29, 2012 from 3-7 p.m.
